Saturday's Round 5 ran in heavily wet conditions, with Yokoi taking the Tsuiso victory for MCR Factory / Team SHIBATIRE. Sobagiri topped the Tanso field with 91.14 points, with scores across the session lower than usual due to the conditions.
Dry conditions returned for Round 6, where Sobagiri produced the standout Tanso performance of the weekend. His opening run scored 98.44 points, driven by high entry speed and a large angle through the first hairpin, to take the win. Naoki Nakamura finished second with 98.00 points, while Kenshiro Wada took third with 96.95. Yokoi finished fourth on 96.65, ahead of Kojiro Mekuwa on 96.50.
Yokoi then completed another Tsuiso victory to make it two wins from two at Ebisu and four consecutive event wins. Tetsuya Kume finished runner-up for TEAM BUZZBREAK DRIFT, marking his first appearance in a Tsuiso final round.
Yokoi's continued Tsuiso dominance remained the headline result of the weekend, while Sobagiri's two Tanso victories gave him a clean sweep across the solo qualification sessions.
