Onaga edged Rami Sasaki by 0.031 seconds in qualifying, setting a 1:44.155. Sato qualified third in 1:44.322. Rio Shimono received a four-place grid penalty for overtaking under yellow flags, while Rina Ito was handed a three-place penalty for track limits.

Onaga converted pole into the Sprint win, with Sato second and Ciconte third. Paige Raddatz and Kelsey Pinkowski retired from the race. Hana Burton and Ryu Yamamoto were each given four-place grid penalties for the final race, for collision with another vehicle and track limits violation, respectively.

Sato took the final race victory ahead of Ciconte and Onaga. Aimi Saito, Ai Miura, and Sara Matsui retired, with Matsui also receiving a 40-second time penalty for a collision with another vehicle.

The split victories made for a varied weekend at Fuji, with Onaga setting the pace in qualifying and the Sprint before Sato claimed the final race win. Ciconte's two podiums gave her the most consistent top-three presence across the races.
