Mini MAX
Tomoya Onishi controlled the early stages of the weekend, setting the pace in qualifying and carrying that form through the heats. The final, however, went another way.
Kosuke Kano converted a mid-pack qualifying position into the Mini MAX win, finishing ahead of Daniel Yoon and Ayumu Kawabata. Onishi's run unravelled in the final after a time penalty and lost lap dropped him to 23rd.
Micro MAX
Takachika Kokuho was the most consistent driver in Micro MAX, topping the heats and prefinal before completing the sweep with the final victory. Hugo Liang finished second ahead of Minato Mori, while international entrant Andrew Yuan, who had shown strong pace in the time trials, finished in P7.
Senior MAX
Senior MAX produced one of the biggest reversals of the weekend. Hayato Oyamada had led the category through most of Saturday's heats, but Hitoshi Sakai took control when it mattered, winning both the prefinal and final. Sakai finished ahead of Quinten Lu and Akinori Kikuchi to turn the late-session momentum into the category win.
MAX Masters
Junji Okamoto delivered the most dominant run of the round in MAX Masters, topping every session from qualifying through to the final. Kazuma Kimura finished second, with RIki Tanioka completing the podium.
Junior MAX
The Junior MAX final standings were still to be confirmed at the close of the round. Takumi Shibasaki carried the largest points total into the final after topping the prefinal standings on 240 points, with Shin Kitamura and Takai Taneda completing the top three heading into the final race.
With the remaining classification still pending, the Junior MAX result leaves the Mizunami championship picture open heading into the next round.
