The opening round of the Rotax Max Challenge Thailand kicked off at Bira Kart Circuit in Pattaya, bringing together a competitive grid of young karters across multiple categories. Drivers from across the region showcased strong pace and racecraft as the championship began its new season.
In the Micro Max category, Sreathaphat T. Raphatarabuaw secured victory after a strong performance, finishing ahead of Mitriwat Vanichprapha in second and Thannthajj Yuvasakunkrai in third. Vanichprapha also featured prominently in the Micro Rookie class, where he claimed first place, followed by Achira Pienpuk in second and Ari Adulayavichitr in third.
The Mini Max category saw Chinnaphat Vejabhuti take the top step of the podium, with Paphasathorn Silapabanleng finishing second and Koh Yang Xian completing the podium in third. Vejabhuti doubled his success by winning the Mini Rookie category as well, while Koh Yang Xian secured second place.
In Junior Max, Kittinunthaphat Boonyaratkalin delivered a strong drive to claim victory ahead of Poomsit Klombunjong in second and Punn Suksermsongchai in third.
The Senior Max category produced a competitive contest, with Toby Gale emerging victorious. Ratcharat Ananthakhan secured second place, while Krish Gupta rounded out the podium in third. In the Senior Max Masters class, Jukka Koivistoinen took the win to complete the category results.
The opening round set the tone for an exciting season ahead, with close competition and emerging young talents highlighting the strength of the Rotax Max Challenge Thailand grid.
