Despite starting 13th in Race 1 and third in Race 2, Ohta converted race pace into back-to-back victories, while teammate Tadasuke Makino finished third on both occasions to cap a dominant weekend for the team.
Race 1 initially belonged to Zak O'Sullivan after the Briton claimed pole position, but the advantage proved short-lived. Ohta carved through the field from 13th on the grid to take victory, with O'Sullivan settling for second and Makino climbing from eighth to complete the podium.
The opening race also featured significant midfield movement. Syun Koide climbed from 17th to fifth, while Ayumu Iwasa recovered from 22nd to score the final point in tenth. At the other end of the order, Tomoki Nojiri fell from 12th on the grid to finish last after making two pit stops.
Race 2 followed a familiar script. Nojiri bounced back to secure pole position, but once again pole failed to translate into victory. Ohta moved forward from third on the grid to complete the sweep, with Igor Omura Fraga finishing second after improving on his sixth-place result from Race 1. Makino again crossed the line in third, giving Dandelion Racing a second consecutive 1-3 finish.
Unlike the opening race, which saw all 24 starters classified, Race 2 featured three retirements. Ren Sato retired on the opening lap, while Giuliano Alesi and Juju Noda also failed to reach the finish.
Fuji ultimately underlined how little grid position counted across the weekend. Ohta delivered two victories from outside pole, Makino secured back-to-back podiums, and Dandelion Racing emerged with the maximum possible return, two wins and two third-place finishes from two races.
