Fujiwara and Okamoto Take RMC Japan Wins as Mikami Seals Micro MAX Title

Fujiwara won the Junior MAX final for SD-STYLE, finishing 0.918 seconds ahead of Shin Kitamura. Yoshihito Inose completed the podium for LUCE MOTOR SPORTS, 3.040 seconds behind the winner, while setting the fastest lap among the top three at 1:01.692.

Okamoto took the MAX Masters victory for MECANIKO with HEROes. He also set the fastest lap of the race at 1:01.109. Makoto Kubo finished second for VERITAS LV, 2.248 seconds behind, with Kazuma Kimura completing the podium for REVENTmotorsports.

Mikami produced the weekend's most complete performance in Micro MAX, topping qualifying, all three qualifying heats, the pre-final, and the final to secure the 2026 Micro MAX Japanese Championship with a clean sweep.

In Mini MAX, Hudson Kelly also made a notable climb through the field, moving from P10 on the grid to finish sixth in the final.
