Al-Adam Mikail and Qasha Irfan Sweep MotoMini Malaysia Double-Header

The SIC Ohvale Junior Championship split its wins between Adra Mikayla and Akmal Aiman, while the RCB MotoKidz Championship produced three different winners across its four races.

The double-header ran from 18 to 20 September at the karting circuit at Sepang International Circuit, with each of the four classes contesting qualifying and two races per round.

SIC Ohvale Junior Championship

Adra Mikayla and Akmal Aiman shared the four race wins after qualifying set the same grid order for the entire weekend, with Akmal Aiman on pole ahead of Adra Mikayla and Haqim Al Mahdi.

Adra Mikayla took Race 1 from P2 on the grid, with Haqim Al Mahdi second and Raif Fitri third after starting P6. Akmal Aiman retired after two laps before recovering to win Race 2 from pole.

Akmal Aiman opened Round 5 with another victory in Race 3, with Adra Mikayla and Haqim Al Mahdi following within half a second of the winner. Adra then closed the weekend with another win in Race 4, finishing ahead of Haqim Al Mahdi and Fayyadh Anaqi, while Akmal retired yet again.

Adra Mikayla and Haqim Al Mahdi finished on the podium in all four races. Indonesia’s Fiandra Angkasa started each race from 12th and finished inside the top ten throughout the weekend, with his best result being a P7 finish in Race 3.

FIM MotoMini Malaysia 160

Al-Adam Mikail dominated the 160 class, taking pole and converting it into four consecutive victories for Scooter.my ZNEXLAB IGOL Racing Team.

Aryan Mikhail was his closest challenger, starting alongside on the front row in every race and finishing second in Races 1, 3, and 4. Ariff Rayyan completed the Race 1 podium after climbing from P7.

Race 2 saw Naufal Aryan finish second and Qaish Isyraf third after moving from P10 on the grid. Qaish again made strong progress in Round 5, finishing P4 from tenth in both races. Rayqarl Alhayy took third in Race 3, with Naufal Aryan returning to third in Race 4.

FIM MotoMini Malaysia 190

Qasha Irfan matched Al Adam Mikail’s clean sweep in the 190 class for Team 4 Racing, taking pole and all four wins across the two rounds.

Malek Ridha joined Irfan on every podium, finishing P2 in Races 1 and 4, and P3 in Races 2 and 3. Adam Aiman took second in Races 2 and 3, while Qayyim Razin finished third in Races 1 and 4.

The final race produced the closest podium fight of the weekend, with Malek Ridha, Qayyim Razin, and Adam Aiman crossing the line within less than two tenths of a second.

RCB MotoKidz Championship

The MotoKidz class produced three different winners across the four races.

Al Fateh Iskandar took pole and won Race 1 for KBG Motorsport, ahead of Faith Mikael and teammate Adam Harris. Faith reversed the order in Race 2 to take the win, with Al Fateh second and Adam Harris third.

Dayyan Adam opened Round 5 with victory in Race 3 after starting fifth, ahead of Adam Harris and Yusuf Iskandar. Al Fateh was classified P7 after receiving a three-second jump-start penalty.

Al Fateh bounced back to win Race 4 from pole, with Faith Mikael second and Dayyan Adam third. Adam Harris completed the podium in the first three races before finishing fourth in the finale.
