The IAME X30 Mini 60 CC class began with Ridhaan Anil Kumarr setting the pace in Qualifying before converting that speed into victory in the Super Heat on the combined Mini grid. With Kumarr appearing firmly in control heading into the Final, the race instead produced one of the biggest surprises of the weekend.
Shiv Neel Narain, who had not appeared inside the top three in either of the previous sessions, emerged at the front when it mattered most. Narain delivered a decisive Final performance to claim victory, while Eeshan Swaroop secured second, and Rudra Gokulnath completed the podium in third. The result transformed the complexion of the category after Kumarr's earlier dominance.
The U10 subclass told a much clearer story. Aaruthran Prabhu established himself as the driver to beat from the outset, topping the U10 Qualifying before producing the standout performance of the combined Mini categories in the Super Heat. Aaruthran not only led the U10 field but also finished first overall against the full Mini 60 CC grid, ahead of Kumarr and Gokulnath.
That pace carried through to the Final, where Aaruthran completed a commanding weekend with another U10 victory. Abdur Rehman mounted an impressive recovery drive from ninth on the combined Super Heat grid to finish second in class, while Parth Singh secured third place to round out the podium.
In Junior 125 CC, Rehan Khan Rasheed delivered the most complete performance of any driver across the entire event. Fastest in the provisional Qualifying, Rasheed led the Super Heat before converting pole position into a controlled Final victory.
Adithya Prathap remained his closest challenger throughout, finishing second in all three sessions, while Abhishiki Barse mirrored that consistency with third place across the board. The result marked a clean sweep for Rasheed and reinforced his position as the benchmark driver in the Junior category heading deeper into the season.
The Senior 125 CC class produced the most unpredictable storyline of the weekend. Tanmay Kothari opened strongly by topping Qualifying, but the Heat saw Laksh Bafna move to the front ahead of Vineet Mayur Kothari, with Tanmay settling for third.
The provisional Super Heat then reshuffled the order again, with Mikkel Leib Rajan taking top spot ahead of Vineet. The Final, also listed as provisional, delivered yet another change at the front as Bafna recovered to secure victory. Tanmay finished second, while Rajan completed the podium in third.
Round 2 highlighted both emerging dominance and growing competition across the IAME India paddock. Aaruthran Prabhu's overall Super Heat victory against the combined Mini field and Rehan Khan Rasheed's flawless Junior sweep stood out as the defining performances, while the Senior category demonstrated that the battle for honours remains far from settled as the championship moves towards Round 3.
