The weekend also saw Max Racing emerge as the most consistent front-running entry, finishing second in both races, while the GT4 classes produced repeat winners despite changing conditions elsewhere in the field.

Qualifying Pace Split Between The Spirit of FFF Racing and Hitotsuyama

Saturday's Qualifying 1 belonged to The Spirit of FFF Racing. Hiroshi Hamaguchi and Mineki Okura set a 1:39.445 to secure pole position, finishing ahead of Hitotsuyama with CORNES RACING's Akihiro Tsuzuki and Shintaro Kawabata, with Miracolo TOKYO's Tadao Uematsu and Kenta Yamashita completing the top three.

Qualifying 2 produced an even closer contest. Tsuzuki and Kawabata responded with a 1:38.666 to claim pole by just 0.044 seconds over GALAH RACING, while BINGO RACING with LM corsa secured third.

Miracolo Converts Opportunity Into Race 1 Victory

Despite starting third, Miracolo TOKYO produced the decisive performance in Race 1. Uematsu and Yamashita worked through the race to secure the overall victory, leading home Max Racing's Yusaku Shibata and Yuya Motojima, with AWD Racing's Jesse Swinimer and Jake Parsons completing the overall podium. The result also delivered the GT3 Pro/Am victory for Miracolo, while Max Racing and AWD Racing completed the class podium.

Further back, PONOS RACING claimed GT3 Am honours after finishing seventh overall, ahead of CARGUY Racing and FIVESTAR with TEAM DreamDriver. ZENKO RS GARAGE with SUNRISE BLVD. secured another clean GT4 Pro/Am victory, while TEAM POP RACE won GT4 Am ahead of E-NEEDS RACING.

Hitotsuyama Responds to Seal Sunday Success

Race 2 saw Hitotsuyama with CORNES RACING convert its Qualifying 2 pole into overall victory. Tsuzuki and Kawabata controlled proceedings to take both the overall and GT3 Pro/Am wins, leading Max Racing for the second consecutive race. BINGO RACING with LM corsa completed the podium after qualifying inside the top three.

The GT3 Am category changed hands as The Spirit of FFF Racing recovered from missing the overall podium to secure class victory ahead of PONOS RACING and CARGUY Racing. ZENKO RS GARAGE repeated its GT4 Pro/Am success, while E-NEEDS RACING reversed the Race 1 result to defeat TEAM POP RACE in GT4 Am.

Consistency Defines the Fuji Weekend

While Miracolo TOKYO and Hitotsuyama split the overall victories, Max Racing quietly assembled one of the strongest weekends of the field with consecutive runner-up finishes. ZENKO RS GARAGE completed a perfect sweep in GT4 Pro/Am, while the GT4 Am honours were shared between TEAM POP RACE and E-NEEDS RACING.

Fuji ultimately rewarded consistency as much as outright pace, with no single GT3 team able to dominate across both races, setting up an increasingly competitive championship heading into the second half of the Japan Cup season.
