In Mini 60, Max Schilling delivered the strongest overall weekend among the Asian contingent through a combination of consistency and race-day execution. After qualifying 12th on Saturday, Schilling steadily worked forward through the qualifying heats to sixth before securing a podium finish with third place in the Final. Sunday's round followed a similar trajectory. Sixth in qualifying became fourth in the heats before another strong drive resulted in second place in the Final.
Samar Chopra once again demonstrated why he remains one of the benchmark drivers in the Mini 60 U10 division. Saturday saw him dominate the subclass, topping U10 in qualifying and the heats before converting that pace into victory in the U10 Final while finishing ninth overall. Sunday appeared to be heading in a similar direction after Chopra again led the U10 category through the heats, but an apparent on-track incident ended his Final early, leaving him ten laps behind the leaders.
Muhammad Wibowo recovered strongly from an interrupted start to the weekend. After failing to complete a lap in Saturday's opening qualifying heat, he fought back through the field to finish eighth in the Final. That momentum continued into Sunday, where he progressed from 15th in the heats to sixth in the Final, showcasing strong racecraft and resilience across both days.
The OK-N Junior category belonged to Atiqa Mir on Sunday. Saturday had already shown the pace was there, with Mir running near the front before a Final disqualification for a bad manoeuvre involving Axel Nocom ended her day prematurely. She responded decisively twenty-four hours later. Mir topped time qualifying, won both heats, led the heats standings, and completed the clean sweep with victory in the Final.
Mitansh Jain quietly assembled one of the strongest weekends in the category. Starting from tenth in Saturday qualifying, he climbed through the heats and converted that into a P2 finish in the Final. Sunday brought another steady progression from fourteenth in qualifying to fourth in the heats standings before securing third place in the Final.
Axel Nocom's results did not fully reflect his speed. The fastest qualifier on Saturday, Nocom also topped the heats standings before being disqualified from the Final for a bad manoeuvre. Sunday brought another competitive showing, with third in qualifying and third in the heats before finishing P8 in the Final after receiving a five-second penalty for causing an incident.
Rivaan Dev Preetham experienced contrasting fortunes across the two days. Saturday yielded a strong recovery to seventh in the Final after an interrupted start to the programme, while Sunday's challenges included a heat session without a completed lap and a twentieth-place Final result.
In OK-N Senior, Veer Chopra delivered one of the most complete performances of the round. Across both days, his results followed an almost identical pattern: P2 in qualifying, P2 in Heat 1, P4 in Heat 2, second in the heats standings, and victory in the Final.
Jagrat Detroja provided Chopra's closest challenge throughout the weekend. Sunday was particularly impressive, with Detroja topping qualifying and sweeping all three heat sessions. Yet despite repeatedly matching or exceeding Chopra's pace through the preliminary stages, he finished second in Saturday's Final and third on Sunday.
Round 2 at Thessaloniki delivered several standout performances, but two stories rose above the rest. Mir's perfect Sunday sweep represented the most dominant single-day performance of the event, while Chopra's pair of OK-N Senior victories established him as the benchmark driver in the category. As the Academy Program prepares for Round 3, both drivers carry significant momentum into the next chapter of their campaigns.
