Overall

Naquib Azlan led combined qualifying with a 1:46.328, finishing more than two and a half seconds clear of Marcus Amand, while Rodrigo Dias Almeida completed the top three.

The races, however, told a different story. Amand converted his front row start into victory in Round 7, leading home Dylan Pereira and Marvin Klein to take the opening win of the weekend despite starting behind Azlan.

Round 8 followed a similar pattern. Amand again emerged at the front to complete a clean sweep of the Bangsaen double-header, this time finishing ahead of Marco Giltrap and Pereira. Azlan's qualifying advantage ultimately failed to translate into a podium finish across either race.

Pro-Am

Chris Chia controlled the Pro-Am category from start to finish. After setting the class benchmark in qualifying with a 1:51.752 ahead of Li Kerong and Wang Zhongwei, Chia converted pole into victory in both races without relinquishing control of the category.

Li Kerong finished runner-up in both Round 7 and Round 8, while Wang Zhongwei completed the Race 1 podium before falling away in the second encounter. Chia's flawless weekend made Pro-Am the most decisive class battle at Bangsaen.

Am

The Am category followed a similarly straightforward script. Xu Zhefeng headed qualifying with a 1:54.353, leading Yan Chuang and Simon Chan, before carrying that pace into both races.

Xu claimed victory in Round 7 ahead of Chan and Henry Kwong, then completed the weekend sweep in Round 8 with Yan Chuang moving into second and Chan once again securing third. Like Chia in Pro-Am, Xu converted qualifying pace into a perfect race weekend.

Masters

Masters proved to be the only class where the honours were shared. John Shen topped qualifying from Adrian D Silva and Jacky Wu before taking victory in Round 7, with D Silva finishing second.

The order reversed in Round 8 as D Silva responded to claim the class win, relegating Shen to second while Wu completed the podium. The pair ultimately split the weekend, each taking one victory from the Bangsaen double-header.

Bangsaen highlighted two very different paths to success. Marcus Amand overturned a second-place qualifying result to secure both overall victories, while Chris Chia and Xu Zhefeng each transformed class pole positions into commanding weekend sweeps. With only the Masters category producing split winners, the championship leaves Thailand with several of its title contenders strengthening their positions heading into the next round.
