Macau’s Charles Leong capped off a dominant season in the 2025 Lamborghini Super Trofeo Asia with a double victory at Misano, sealing the championship for SJM Theodore Racing alongside co-driver Alex Denning.

The duo’s #232 Lamborghini Huracán Super Trofeo Evo II was unmatched all season, taking eight wins from twelve races. In Race 1 at Misano, Denning started from pole but briefly dropped to second before quickly regaining control. After the pit window, Leong took over and maintained a commanding lead to secure their seventh win of the season by nine seconds.

Race 2 delivered late drama. After a chaotic opening and a safety car restart, Denning fought his way back into contention. On the final lap, he made a decisive move through traffic to reclaim the lead and complete a clean sweep for the team, closing out a near-perfect season for SJM Theodore Racing.

Meanwhile, Singapore’s Ethan Brown marked a breakthrough debut campaign with Leipert Motorsport, finishing Vice Champion in the Pro class. The 20-year-old drove the #27 Lamborghini Huracán Super Trofeo Evo II, securing two victories and multiple podiums across the season.

Earlier this year, Brown became the first Singaporean to join the Lamborghini Young Driver Programme, an initiative designed to nurture GT racing talent and build pathways toward factory driver status. One of only three Asian drivers selected, Brown’s performance throughout the season reinforced his growing reputation as one of the region’s brightest prospects.

Both Leong and Brown will represent Asia at the upcoming Lamborghini Super Trofeo World Finals in Misano, where the best teams and drivers from Europe and North America will battle for global honors.
